The Salon Package is highly worth it to add on to your first order, especially if you do not have any materials at home. I use all items in this kit (except for the timer) every time I dye my hair. The smock is especially handy and easy to clean. Tip: Shower floor material permitting, clean your bowl and brush in the shower after rinsing dye out of your hair.
I was so surprised when I opened the adorable box to find everything I could possibly need to color my hair at home including an apron to save my clothes. It was a pleasant suprise and the items are high quality including the clips.
I was on the fence if I would actually need this but I used literally every part of it and am so glad because I will continue to need these for the future!
The clips are sturdy, and mixing with the brush is so much more thorough than squeezing color from a bottle! The apron is high quality and kept me well protected, and the timer worked perfectly. 10/10, I’ll always use this.
Great set for my diy hair coloring adventures. All items are of great quality and will serve well a long time. All are easy to wash after use. I really love how well the clips hold my hair.
This toolkit was incredibly helpful for doing my hair color myself. It made the whole process much simpler than my old habit of using the bottle method. Even better, I didn't end up missing any spots like I do with the bottle! Excellent tools that I'll keep around for all my hair color needs.
So happy I ordered this kit. The salon cape is so nice. It's well-made and cleans easily for reuse. The bowl, brush and clips are also well-made. I've had my Salon kit for a year and am so happy I made the investment. It makes my in-home coloring easier!
Finally have all the essentials I need for coloring and highlighting my hair. Cape is large, yet not too long to protect my top and catches those unexpected drips.
I have the brush, bowl, clips & timer already but some bits I can’t find. This set came with the cape so I went ahead and got it. The clips from eSalon are so good. They’re very strong which I need as I have so much hair. It’s long, it’s super thick and most clips don’t hold it even when I separate my hair. These bad boys do. So now I have more. Never a bad thing. The cape is excellent quality. It save the backs of my clothes or towels from being stained and just makes things much easier. The little timer, the bowl & brush are also great quality and very handy. Price point is fantastic so if you’re thinking about buying this, just go ahead. No regrets from me!
Everything I needed was included . There was a question I needed answered during the process and the online chat could not understand. Not a huge issue, but for a first time use, quicker response time would have been better. Over all I thought the product was great and will continue to use and recommend
I love your products! I love the tweak I requested on my color. It came out great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the brush was missing from the package and the timer didn’t work. I did see the slide button on the back of the timer; still didn’t work. I do have to mention that when I messaged eSalon I received a prompt response. I was given an apology for the mistake and was told the brush and a new timer would be in my upcoming shipment.
The only thing I would change is getting rid of the timer. Unnecessary waste and batteries, esp with technology/phones. Otherwise, the smock was made with great material. All products are durable and professional.
I haven't used eSalon since the pandemic lockdown but I've been unhappy with my color and cuts at salons and I wanted to be more in control of the coloring again. It was easy to follow the directions but a brush wasn't included even though I paid for the extras to make it easier and I didn't feel I got down to the roots enough with just my fingers. In the past I had the brush sent and it was easier to brush the color. I really loved the color but a few grays stayed around my temples, again I think the brush would've helped with that. Maybe they forgot to include the brush but I thought I was getting that. I will definitely try again and hopefully it will be a little easier next time and get easier the more I do it. The price is good and the clean up wasn't bad.

I was so excited to received this set and use it to apply my hairdye immediately. Unfortunately I did not received the brush. Esalon needs to make sure orders are examined with more care. As a customer if I paid for an item I should be receiving it.
