Delivery of your order

Details of delivery charges and estimated arrival times.

Delivery Australia wide:
We deliver  Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and courier services. All parcels can be tracked. The method of delivery chosen is the fastest, safest route possible.

Delivery Schedule:
For all orders, goods should normally be received within 5 working days.
We do not deliver to PO box numbers.

*Our aim is to despatch all orders placed within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed at weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

We will usually use Australia Post or a secure courier service for delivery of goods to Australia residential or business addresses. All orders delivered by courier service will require a signature on delivery.

Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund.
